POWER SOURCE

E-bus Battery - We have done e-bus power system (battery pack + battery management system BMS) for US customers which shows solid results. With our battery system, the bus is running at 1+km/kWh today. This is due to the way we sort and configure the battery cells with the BMS software we developed.

The power system provides 700V 350kWh of power output. It is based on 3.2V 18Ah battery cells. It includes twelve 48V battery chassis. There are 12 BMS boards that monitor and control the 12-battery chassis. A master controller is used for overall control of the power unit and for communicating with the vehicle control unit. The vehicle control unit use the data from the master controller to manage and control the power output and battery charging.

We implemented an active balance technology on the bus power system through BMS. The BMS collects the data of each individual battery cell. Based on the status, the BMS direct the charging of individual cell accordingly.
